We perform custom mold polishing based on the native curvature of the client’s lens elements to ensure unchanged focal lengths and preservation of original optical quality (*excludes aspherical elements; no processing for such designs*).

- Safely remove the original cementing layer and thoroughly clean the surfaces.
- Precise alignment via centering instrument for accurate re-cementing, including double-cementing or triple-cementing processes.
Recoating
Recoating
After polishing, the glass element needs to be coated to restore the original color. We can perform a coating scheme as close as possible to the original coating color of the lens.

For damaged lens elements requiring identical replacements:
- Precise measurement and replication using original material formulations where possible.
- Matching coatings applied to replicate the spectral characteristics of the original lens.
*Note: Technical specifications and processing methods are tailored to preserve the vintage lens’s inherent optical signature.
